2.5 Mile Run

I tried not to start out so fast on this one. It was VERY HARD to get through 2.5 miles without stopping, but I ran the whole damn thing. Again, thanks in large part to the Nano - who will know if I cheat. :)

20 Minute Run

Hey, I'm running. This is due pretty much 100% to JB who - if you haven't been paying attention - is a running madman. (Check out his running blog.) He got me an iPod nano and the Nike plus running thingy for my birthday and... I have to say, it totally works.
Because I'm OCD. And I can input my runs into the computer and track them. Yeah for technology!
