Light At The End...

Escrow papers are signed.
Escrow should close by the 6th.
Peeps should move out by the 8th.
First mandatory HOA meeting is on the 8th.
They're tenting the entire building the 13th, 14th, and 15th (oh, JB, if you read this first, I was going to tell you) so woo-hoo we won't be moving in that weekend either.
That's the update.

Landed

JB has written about this on his blog so I am going to assume this means he has accepted it and we are now condo owners! The current (I don't want to get into the legality of it at the moment) owners have found a place to buy and move into so they will move out of "our" condo soon.

Which means we're officially in Escrow. Which should close - fingers crossed - before 01/01/05. I hear there is a lot of paperwork and signing of documents but we haven't gotten to that part yet. We haven't gotten to the home inspection part - that's this week.

Anyhoo... that's our big news. And the reason we haven't blogged in a long time.
