25 Minute Run
Got to run again today. It was tough. Kind of a slower run than I'd hoped. But no walking. So that's good.

Next Sunday is my one year with the Nike+. I still have the blog were I am quite happy with my Supper fast 1.8 Miles @ 9:45. It is amazing what a differance a year makes. :)
