Journey of A Thousand Steps...

Maybe that's dramatic. Anyhow, JB and I just took the first step towards buying our own residence. It feels weird to say it, but we are actually actively pursuing purchasing some LA real estate. Tee-hee!!!

Can we do it? Well, that would be the first step. We find out at 3:00 or so today if we can get pre-qualified for enough of a loan to buy anything within the 100 mile radius of LA.

Then begins the process of looking at all the crap-holes we might be able to afford in order to find the least expensive, least crappy hole that we can hopefully do something with. The search for the Perfect-Fixer-Upper begins.
